Everyone in the helping professions has either said or heard the phrase, "Come to my yoga session, you will feel better." We can all attest to the fact that Yoga classes improve our mood and overall well-being. However, it's hard to deny that there are times when Yoga doesn't leave us feeling great.

In its traditional form, the practise of yoga is thought of as a profoundly healing method that operates on the deepest levels of our being. If yoga is practised with honesty and faith, there will invariably come a time when the "ugly," "painful," and "dark" sides of our personalities will have to be confronted. This will be the case whether or not yoga is performed with sincerity and faith. The act of confronting another person is referred to as "Tapas," and the process of doing so is referred to as "Tapasy." Both Patanjali & Shri Krishna talk about it.

When you give yourself up to the yogic process with sincerity, the process itself will ensure that the mind is properly cleansed. This is true regardless of whether aspect of yoga practise (Asana, Pranayama, or Dhyana) you begin with first. In this regard, the Yoga process might be compared to the box in which Pandora kept her treasures; we have no idea what it will unearth.

The goal that Kanchan has set for herself on the way to completing her trip is to see mankind liberated from misery and sorrow and filled with everlasting peace and happiness. Which began with her own unending torment on her part.

After she gave birth, she struggled with postpartum depression, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and terrible gastrointestinal difficulties. She, like many of us, tried a variety of home treatments in an effort to heal herself, such as walking, running, going to the gym, cross-fit, Zumba, and Tabata, as well as following a diet plan that controlled her calorie intake.

Yoga and meditation, on the other hand, brought her peace and helped her find a solution to her problems.

She was able to self-heal via the practise of yoga, and she did so without the assistance of any medication.

And from that day on, she started her studies to become a Yoga Therapist through Ayush Ministry. In addition, she started reading books that explained yoga researches and how they were implemented.

Kanchan hosts online yoga classes at three different times of day: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., and 6 p.m. During these sessions, you will be introduced to an eastern form of yoga practise. This type of yoga involves the use of asanas (postures) to alter the dynamic flow of energy, as well as pranayama, Kriyas, Mudra, Tratak, and Dhyan. It assists working professionals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and in reversing the effects of lifestyle-related ailments. During these sessions, she concentrated mostly on aspects of awareness that are associated with the external environment.
