Eliminate Chronic Pain Without Medications with India’s Emerging Reflexologist , Ashish Mishra .
In today’s fast-moving world, where everything changes at an unprecedented rate, posture is one of the factors that has become severely impacted. People, especially working professionals, suffer the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle due to stress and long working hours. Professional commitments with no time for personal care further add to the list of leading causes that give rise to chronic pain.
Inactivity is linked with poor posture, which strains the lower back, joints, neck, shoulders, and muscles. Such an increased incidence of pain leads us to rely heavily on medications, which creates a cycle of dependence to manage the discomfort caused by chronic pain.
Ashish Mishra, a New Delhi-based face reflexologist who focuses on pain management and posture correction to help professionals become free from unsolved body pains and emotions, thereby improving their productivity and quality of life without the use of medications.
Ashish’s journey began after he himself was diagnosed with severe cervical and lumbar disc issues. This was the result of three years of intense workouts during the time when Ashish joined his local gym to build a muscular physique. He was prescribed therapy and painkillers to manage his pain, but he had no luck. Even after more than two years of therapy, Ashish recalls that his pain would return at the change of seasons, and small tasks like lifting his cabin luggage or even wearing a heavy jacket would simply put him back on bed rest. As a young adult, this severely affected his physical activities and left him fearful.
Ashish was still determined to find a solution to become pain-free and lead a normal life. He tried several therapies and even learned energy healing in 2008 among other modalities to break free from the cycle of chronic pain, but to no relief to himself.
Finally, in 2011–2012, Ashish came across an elderly gentleman who managed to treat Ashish’s recurring pains in just a few small sessions. Inspired that such a treatment exists and that too with sustainable results, without any exercise or medications, gave him a new perspective and a renewed sense of hope.
He decided to learn more of these scientific yet unconventional methods and become a therapist, so that he could help other people not waste years in pain as he had to.
Soon Ashish started learning under the guidance of the noble gentleman who treated him, he began advancing in the world of Alternative Therapy. He started learning more and more through books, pursued various courses, and learned under the tutelage of renowned doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, acupuncturists, reflexologists and healers across India.
Ashish finally found his calling in face reflex therapy or face reflexology and became an expert in advocating treatments in a non-invasive, painless manner to help people lead a quality life.
According to reflexology, the whole body is mirrored in the face, feet etc with every organ and gland having a reflex point. When gentle pressure is applied to the reflex point, the corresponding area gets a harmonising effect of great therapeutic value. This simple non-invasive therapy uses the body’s natural healing mechanism to provide relief to the client.
This method involves the application of pressure to specific reflex points on the face and feet, which helps release tension and promote relaxation in the corresponding areas of the body, including the neck, shoulders, and back. He further adds that facial reflexology can help improve body awareness and encourage better posture habits.
His successful treatments soon started attracting businessmen, entrepreneurs, and sportsmen who greatly benefited from Ashish’s techniques. He further states that facial reflexology can be used as a complementary approach for pain management and even emotional trauma.
To date, Ashish has helped more than 3000 individuals manage their pain and improve their posture, leading to a better quality of life. He is on a mission to help as many people become pain-free in his lifetime through his therapy in order to promote physical and emotional well-being. Ashish’s passion for transforming the lives of people has truly been instrumental in shaping their lives in a positive and healthy way.
