They assist corporations and individuals in determining what leadership development they require and how to acquire it. They cooperate to develop customer-specific coaching programmes. Neelima Chakara and Manisha Singh are the company's founding partners.
Neelima is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a trained NLP practitioner, and a facilitator for Google's global initiative, "I am Remarkable". The World HRD Congress, hosted by Times Ascent, has named her one of the 100 most influential coaching leaders in India for the year 2023.
Currently, she serves on the board of a nonprofit organization. She is a Finance and a Project Management Professional. Before becoming a coach, she spent over 23 years in a variety of senior-level roles with multinational businesses, where she effectively led big teams and trained and mentored many.
Manisha is a Six Seconds certified trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Emotional Intelligence Assessor. She has developed and presented numerous personal development training programs and mentored over 5000 management and engineering students. She helps people access intelligence, energy, and insight into every emotion they experience. Her purpose is to assist individuals in making emotions their allies to effect – personal, professional, and global change.
She has more than 20 years of expertise in human resources, training, education, and consulting. She possesses a Master's degree in Psychology and is a Delhi University Gold Medalist in Applied Psychology (Honors). She is a UGC NET scholar. She has a specialization in HR from SCMHRD, Pune, and has worked in many facets of HR in the IT industry.
PurposeLadder's founders believe that leaders are made, not born. They enjoy using their business experience and coaching skills to accelerate their customers' careers.
