Phase 1 of the project spans approximately 19 acres and features 6 blocks comprising 31 towers. Each tower has a well-thought-out layout, featuring 2 basements, a ground floor, and 14 to 15 residential floors. The design ensures low-density living with only four spacious apartments per floor and three high-speed elevators per tower, providing both privacy and convenience.
